 Rates

Rental Amount:
Weekly Rate = $750.00
plus $250.00 refundable deposit
Daily Rate = $150.00
plus $250.00 refundable deposit
Deposit: A $250.00
deposit will be required upon booking to reserve the
cabin.
Security Deposit: Within
two days following your departure you security deposit
will be returned to you if there are no damages.
Balance Due: After
we receive your security deposit, we will be mailing
you a letter with a due date for the balance. We will
include directions to the cabin along with arrangements
for your key.
Pets: Pet Friendly
Cabin, charges will be taken from security depoist if
any damages occur or cleaning is needed.
Telephone: A telephone
is available for local calls. Long distance calls can
only be made with a calling card or you may call collect.
Cancellation: If
a cancellation is made six weeks before your arrival
date, your security deposit will be returned to you.

Online Reservation Instructions
Click the Reserve Online Now! button to view the calendar.
Dates that are open are marked in dark grey.
Click on the Cabin Rental link on the date that you'd like to start your reservation for and check the availability for that date. From the date view check one of the options 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, or 1 week rental.
After you've chosen your options, click the Available button on the right.
From here you will be prompted for your contact information. Finally click Book, you will be taken to PayPal to make a payment for the reservation.
You can pay with a PayPal account or with a credit card.
Upon completion you will receive an email confirmation from Otter Creek Acres with the reservation number and a confirmation email receipt from PayPal. |
